Shanay Zackery-Founder/President
Shanay is a Human Resources Director for a medical practice located in the Jacksonville, FL area. She enjoys implementing policies & procedures, analyzing company processes and qualitative measures all while overseeing a proficient team.
As the standing President of Women of Intention Inc., she is truly honored to lead such a dynamic, vastly skilled & educated group
Mia Roberts -Vice President
Mia Roberts is a proud UF graduate with over 10 years experience in the healthcare industry. She is currently an Assistant Director for a healthcare facility in Nassau County. It brings Mia immense satisfaction when she helps someone make a change that positively impacts their life.
Mia believes that one of her purposes in life is to advocate for others and to encourage
Brittany Jones- Secretary
Brittany Jones was born & raised on Jacksonville’s northside. She is a dynamic entrepreneur and proud mother with a heart dedicated to empowering women of color. A graduate of FSCJ, she has successfully launched & manages multiple businesses (Make it Last Forever & Temptation Station).
In her spare time, Brittany enjoys relaxing on the beach and spending time with her famil
Bocia Wakefield- Treasurer
Bocia was born in the small, family-friendly town of Fernandina Beach, FL and raised in vibrant Jacksonville.
She is a devoted wife and a loving, dedicated fur baby mom. She has over a decade of experience in the Compliance Field at Community Hospice.

Roneisha Williams (Mack) was born and raised in the heart of Jacksonville’s Northside. She is a proud wife, mother and an advocate pillar within her community.
Roneshia prides herself in being intentional and making those around her feel safe and loved all while providing lists of fun, cultured and family events offered within our community.
